Basketball Tournament Entry Form
The 76th PRCUA National
Basketball Tournament will be held the weekend of March 19 – 21, 2010. Out
of town players and guests will be housed at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn, 600
Town Center Dr., Dearborn, Michigan. For reservations, please call
313-593-1234, or toll-free at 1-800-233-1234; the tournament room rate for
PRCUA is $90.00 per night, plus tax. Please, no more than 4 persons to a
room. Make sure to ask for the Polish Roman Catholic Union Room Block; get
your room reservations before the deadline, which is March 12, 2010.
The gym facilities will be
at the University of Michigan at Dearborn and the Henry Ford Community
College; both are in Dearborn. Directions to the gyms will be included with
a handout at the hotel.
St. Stan’s Society #718 is
hosting the tournament. The committee, chaired jointly by Patrick Kosowski,
Bob Hojnacki and Mark Hamilton, is making final plans for this event.
Hospitality room will be in the hotel and they will feature a PUB crawl
through the bars of Dearborn on Friday night. The awards presentation and
dinner is to be held on Saturday evening at the O’Kelly Knights of Columbus,
music provided by The New Brass Express. Look for more information in future
issues of the NAROD POLSKI.
The
entry form must be
completed and returned to the home office, together with $50.00 entry fee
per team. Make check payable to PRCU Sports Fund. Be sure to get the entry
postmarked by March 5, 2010.
